Un vídeo juego de disparos en mundo abierto ambientado en la ciudad de Boston, muchos años después de una guerra nuclear; el juego empieza con una América bajo la amenaza de una guerra nuclear. El estilo de los suburbios de los años 50 se mantiene pero, por primera vez, veremos cómo era este mundo antes de que explotasen las bombas. Las sirenas empiezan a sonar y tú corres sin tu familia hasta el Refugio 11, justo a tiempo para ver como las bombas empiezan a caer sobre el terreno.
